ComBackLink – Crisis Radio Communication System is an innovative ICT solution designed to ensure reliable communication in emergency and crisis situations. The project, implemented by 2RHP Sp. z o.o., is co-financed by the European Union under the European Funds for Silesia 2021–2027 programme.
The system under development will support emergency services and institutions responsible for crisis management in cases such as:
natural disasters (floods, storms, fires, earthquakes),
failures of critical infrastructure (energy, transport, telecommunications),
threats resulting from hybrid warfare and sabotage,
rescue operations carried out in difficult terrain and limited connectivity conditions.
ComBackLink is based on the technology of creating autonomous radio (mesh) networks that:
operate independently of mobile networks,
are resistant to disruptions and damage,
enable simultaneous duplex voice and data transmission,
allow rapid and flexible deployment of communication in any location.
The project will be implemented from 01.09.2025 to 31.03.2028.
The total project value amounts to PLN 3,984,294.80, of which PLN 2,805,882.53 is co-financed by the European Union.
